1. Scope

Services Covered

d.i.r.e.c.t.b.i.o.e.n.e.r.g.y. provides technical B2B services including biomass feedstock verification, engineering documentation review, emissions modelling, and regulatory compliance support under Canada's Impact Assessment Act. All deliverables are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice or regulatory approval.

2. Obligations

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their facility, supply chain, and operational data. Failure to disclose material facts may render any verification or protocol invalid. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals independent of our advisory work.

3. Liability

Limitation of Liability

d.i.r.e.c.t.b.i.o.e.n.e.r.g.y. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our documentation, protocols, or recommendations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

4. Termination

Conditions for Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. d.i.r.e.c.t.b.i.o.e.n.e.r.g.y. reserves the right to terminate immediately if a client fails to comply with these terms, provides false information, or engages in activities that could harm our reputation or violate Canadian law. Upon termination, all deliverables provided up to the termination date remain subject to confidentiality obligations.
